Return Policy - 

• 14-day Return Policy - Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. (Products must be sealed, unused and in a perfectly saleable condition with all accessories)
• Genuine Products - We offer a 100% Return and Refund guarantee if you find a Counterfeit product!
• Undergarments once sold cannot be exchanged until it is damage issue.

Terms & Conditions - 

• The original Invoice/Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
• The product should not be opened and should be in its original condition
• Returned products must be "as new" condition, in the original packing, and with warranty cards, manuals & accessories.
• Free Items that were given with purchased items must also be returned,

• Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible

• Indicate the reason for the return and get a report
• Submit a report to customer service to initiate a bank refund. The bank refund will take 3-4 days.
